はじめに
2026年2月12日に、RouterOS の Stableに7.21.3 をリリースしました。
7.21.3 は新機能の追加はなく、7.20 および 7.21 系統で報告されていたバグを中心に修正した 安定性重視のパッチリリース です。IPv6 の挙動に関する複数のバグ修正や、PoE 対応機器向けのファームウェア更新（一時的な PoE 給電停止あり）が目玉となっています。

1. IPv6（3件）— v7.21 からの不具合
- プレフィックスなしの RA を受信してもルーターを無効化しないよう修正。
- “on-link” / “autonomous” フラグの検出を修正。
- ルーターの無効化は Router Lifetime の満了時のみに変更。
2. Bridge（1件）— v7.20 からの不具合
- QCA8337・Atheros8327 チップで DHCP スヌーピング有効時に HW オフロードが誤って無効化されるバグを修正。 HW オフロードが無効になるとスイッチング処理が CPU に集中し、スループットが低下します。
3. 証明書（1件）— v7.21 からの不具合
- SCEP を使った証明書の初回作成が失敗するバグを修正。 SCEP で証明書を自動取得している環境は要確認です。
4. コンソール（1件）
- CLI でファイルを処理する際のサービス安定性を向上。
5. DHCP v4 サーバー（1件）
- セットアップコマンドでリース時間の値に “s”（秒）を付加するよう修正。 表示の修正のみで動作への影響はありません。
6. GPS（1件）
- CubeG-5ac60ay のポート設定を修正。
7. Hotspot（1件）— パラメーター名変更
totp-secretをotp-secretにリネーム。 スクリプトなどでtotp-secretを参照している場合は修正が必要です。
8. LTE（2件）
- ATL 5G R16 での eSIM プロファイル切り替えを修正。
- Quectel モデムのファームウェア更新中の通知処理を改善。
9. PoE 出力（2件）— 更新時に一時的な給電停止あり
- PoE コントローラーのファームウェアを更新。（下記バグ修正を含む）
- まれに発生する誤過負荷検知を修正。 実際には過負荷でないのに過負荷と誤検知して給電が停止するバグを修正しました。
10. SFP（1件）
- hEX PoE での
sfp-ignore-rx-lossパラメーターが正しく機能しない問題を修正。
おわりに
RouterOS 7.21.3 はバグ修正に特化したパッチリリースです。以下の環境は特に早急な適用を推奨します。
- IPv6 を運用している環境（v7.21 起因のルーター無効化バグ修正）
- hEX PoE / OmniTIK 5 PoE ac / PowerBox Pro をお使いの方（PoE ファームウェア更新・誤過負荷検知修正）
- SCEP で証明書を自動取得している環境（v7.21 起因の初回作成バグ修正）
- QCA8337 / Atheros8327 チップ搭載機で DHCP スヌーピングを使用している方（v7.20 起因の HW オフロード誤無効化修正）
